Blue tent upon the green carpet.
I am the daughter of the elements
With whom Winter conceived;
Do you know
How to hold
The abundance of a world
Offering itself
To you?
Open up your life
Like petals
Gently revealing
Seeds of creation
Let the light in
Casting away
Shadows
And illusions
What is it do I want to say
when your eyes meet mine
wondering why
is it so necessary
to be reminded
that we are mortals?
